Every single item at Crafty Balz is hand-pressed with love and a little bit of sarcasm right here in Lakeland, FL. Because we aren't a big-box warehouse, we take the time to make sure your gear is perfect before it heads out the door.

• Processing Time: Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom drinkware or large apparel drops, please allow up to 7 business days for your items to be created and cured.

• Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your label is printed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/Shop App so you can stalk your package in peace.

• Local Pickup: Living in the Lakeland area? Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fees and coordinate a time to grab your gear!

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the carrier confirms delivery, the "chaos" is out of our hands. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
